I'm Craig Griffin — owner and head coach of Griffin Personal Training, based out of World Gym Singleton and Snap Fitness Huntlee.

My philosophy is simple: no templates, no guesswork, no wasted sessions. Every client gets a structured 12-week program built around their goals, their body, and their schedule.

My Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness fall under the National Training Register (NTR) guidelines in Australia — part of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) framework that ensures safety and professional standards in the fitness industry. I'm also currently completing my Cert IV in Nutrition — because the training and the food work together. You can't out-train a bad diet, and you can't eat your way to elite fitness without the right program.
